補助人
Assistant, Helper
判断能力が低下している人たち（被補助人）の生活や財産（お金や土地など）を守るための支援者。成年後見人や保佐人とは違って、本人以外が制度の利用を申し込む場合には、本人の同意が必要になる。
An assistance person to protect the lives or property (money, land, etc.) of people (persons under assistance) whose decision-making capability has declined. Different to adult guardianship or curatorship, in that when people other than the person (the person under assistance)* apply for the use of this system, the consent of the person (the person under assistance)* is required.
