バイステックの原則
Biestek's Principles (of Social Casework)
利用者の尊厳(dignity)を保持するために援助者が守るべき原則のこと。原則は、個別化、意図的な感情表出(感情を表に出すこと)、統制された情緒的関与、受容、非審判的な態度、自己決定、秘密保持の7つ。
Principles that carers should follow in order to maintain the dignity of their clients. The 7 principles are individualization, purposeful expression of feelings, controlled emotional involvement, acceptance, a non-judgmental attitude, self-determination, and confidentiality.
