介護が必要になっても可能な限り今まで暮らしてきた環境で、これまで通りの生活を続けられるよう支援すること。最後までその人らしい生活を送ってもらえるようにすること。
This means to help people live in the environment where they have lived in the same way as they have been living so far, for as long as possible, even when they come to need care. This is meant to have people live in a way that is true to themselves until the end of their lives.
