Social welfare system
高齢や障害などによって日常生活が困難になった人に対する福祉的な制度のこと。しかし、社会福祉とは広くは社会全体の幸福（幸せ）という意味があるため、社会福祉制度の対象は一部の人に限らない。
A welfare system for people whose daily lives have become difficult due to old age and/or disability, etc. However, because social welfare widely means the happiness of a whole society, the target of the social welfare system is not limited to a certain group of people.
