要介護状態
Condition of Need for Long-Term Care
介護保険法において6か月間続けて介護が必要だと判断された状態のこと。介護の必要なレベル（level）が5段階に分けられていて、どれかにあてはまる状態のことをいう。
A condition where one is judged to need care for six months continuously under the Long-Term Nursing Care Insurance Act. There are five levels of care depending on need. This is applicable to a person whose condition meets one of those levels.
