自分一人で行動することが難しく、常に介護を必要とする障害者が受けることのできる行動支援のこと。主に、外出時の危険の予防、外出の前後の着替えや移動中の介護、排せつ及び食事等の介護、その他行動する際に必要な援助を行う。
This refers to a type of support for people with disability who have difficulty in moving around by themselves and need care at all times. This mainly includes support provided in order to prevent danger when they go out, to change clothes before and after going out, and to receive care while moving or being moved, to receive care for toileting, eating and so on, and provides other types of support necessary for them to move and act.
