Community Support Projects
介護保険制度において市町村が行う事業。介護が必要な状態になることを予防し、介護が必要となった場合にも、可能な限り地域で自立した日常生活が送れるように支援する。
Municipal projects that are carried out under the long-term nursing care insurance scheme. These projects are implemented to support people to help them avoid reaching a state where they need nursing care. Even when they come to need nursing care, the projects assist them to live their daily lives in their community as independently as possible.
