住むという面で、国民が安心安全な暮らしを送れるように、住宅について定めた法律。財産としての住宅、質の高い住宅環境の整備、などを重視している。
An act about housing established for people to be able to live safely and securely in terms of living. It emphasizes housing as property and maintaining the high quality living environment, and so on.
