全粥
Full rice porridge
粥食は水の量、つまり柔らかさによっていくつかの種類に分けられる。そのなかで全粥とは一般的には、米1に対して水5の割合で作られるお粥のこと。
There are a few different types of rice porridge, depending on the texture, or the amount of water used when cooking. Of these, a type called ‘zen-gayu’ (full rice porridge) is usually made with a ratio of 1 cup of rice to 5 cups of water.
