電話や家庭訪問によって、年金や貯金などの財産を狙った販売が行われ、買った人が被害にあうこと。高齢者が対象になりやすい。
This refers to cases where sales are conducted by telephone and/or home-visit targeting at property such as pensions and savings, and the person who bought something through it is harmed. Elderly people are likely to be targeted.
