基本的に20歳以上のすべての人が加入し、社会全体で支え合う公的な制度のこと。保険料を一定期間払うことにより、将来、自分自身の生活を保障する年金を受け取ることができる。
It is a public system in which basically all people aged 20 and over participate and support each other as a whole society. By paying the insurance premiums for a certain period of time, people can receive a pension that guarantees their own lives in the future.
