死の三徴候
3 signs of death
心臓拍動停止、呼吸停止、瞳孔散大・対光反射停止の３つの状態をもって、死を判定すること。心臓拍動停止は心臓が停止し脈拍がないこと、呼吸停止は息をしていないこと、瞳孔散大・対光反射停止は瞳孔が開き、光をあてても縮まず反応がないことをいう。
Judging a person's death based on three conditions: cardiac arrest, respiratory arrest, and corediastasis (dilation of the pupil). This means that a person's heart has stopped beating and has no pulse, there is no breathing, and their eyes stay dilated or do not otherwise react to light.
