第二種社会福祉事業のひとつ。障害や認知症などがあって、自分で判断したり決めたりするのが難しい人のために、福祉サービスの利用やお金の管理を援助するもの。
One of the Type 2 social welfare services. They assist in using social welfare services and/or managing money for people who have difficulty in making judgements or decisions because of having disabilities and/or dementia.
