業務独占
Occupational monopoly (occupations which cannot be performed without the requisite qualification or license)
特定の免許・資格をもった人にしか行えない仕事のこと。患者を診察して治療する医師の仕事は医師免許のある人しか行うことができないため、業務独占である。
Jobs that cannot be done without a designated license or qualification. For example, doctors have an occupational monopoly, because only doctors with a medical license can examine and treat patients.
