自立した65歳以上の人で、生活する家がない、収入がないなどの理由により援助を必要とする人が入所する施設。入所は市町村の審査(許可)が必要。
A living facility for over-65s who can live independently, but need assistance because they don’t have a home or an income. Admission requires the judgement (permission) of the local municipality.
