介護保険施設
Facilities Covered by Long-Term Nursing Care Insurance
介護保険法に基づき、要介護者が入所して介護サービス（long-term care service）を受ける施設のこと。 ①介護老人福祉施設、②介護老人保健施設、③介護医療院がある。 ①は原則、要介護度３以上が対象。②は在宅復帰を目指す施設。③は2018年度に 新しく設けられた。
This refers to facilities where persons requiring long-term care are admitted and receive long-term care service under the Long-Term Care Insurance Act. There are ① intensive-care aged care homes (facilities covered by Long-Term Care Insurance), ② long-term health care facilities, and ③ recuperation care type-medical facilities. ① is, in principle, for people of long-term care level 3 and above. ② is for people who aim at returning home. ③ was newly established in 2018.
