Service management meeting
介護保険によるサービスや障害福祉サービスにおける居宅サービスのケアプランを作るために、利用者にかかわる支援者が集まって、利用者のサービス提供について話し合って、調整を行うこと。
In order to make care plans of in-Home care services provided under long-term nursing care insurance and/or disability welfare services, the client’s supporters gather together and discuss and make adjustments about the services provided to the client.
