訪問指導
Home guidance
健康増進法により療養上の保健指導が必要と認められた40歳から64歳までの人とその家族を対象に、保健師などが家を訪問して、必要な指導をすること。
This applies to adults between 40 to 64 years old, who are seen to need medical treatment or health guidance under the Health Promotion Act, and their families. Public health nurses or so on make home visits and offer them necessary guidance.
