福祉六法
Six acts related to welfare
生活保護法、児童福祉法、身体障害者福祉法、知的障害者福祉法、老人福祉法、母子及び父子並びに寡婦福祉法の6つの法律のこと。1960年代に福祉六法体制になった。
This refers to six acts: the ‘Public Assistance Act’, the ‘Child Welfare Act’, the ‘Act for the Welfare of Persons with Physical Disabilities’, the ‘Act for the Welfare of Persons with Intellectual Disabilities’, the ‘Act on Social Welfare for the Elderly’, and the ‘Single Mother and Widow Welfare Law’. It became a system of six welfare acts in the 1960s.
