相談援助
Consultation and assistance
社会福祉援助における相談援助は、問題を抱えた人に対して、援助者が個別援助等の方法を活用して、問題解決の方法を一緒に考えたり解決を図ることをいう。社会福祉士は相談援助を業務の中心とする。
Consultation support under social welfare support means that supporters think together about a way to solve problems and/or try to solve them by utilizing the method of individual assistance. Social welfare workers' main task in their work is to provide consultations and assistance.
