バリアフリー新法
Barrier-free new law
2006年に施行され、正式名称を「高齢者、障害者等の移動等の円滑化の促進に関する法律」という。それまでのハートビル法（heart building law）と交通バリアフリー法（transportational accessibility improvement act）を統合し、対象物や対象者が拡大された。
The official term for this law is the ‘Act on Promotion of Smooth Transportation, etc. of Elderly Persons, Disabled Persons, etc.’ which came into effect in 2006. The ‘Heart Building Law’ and ‘Transportational Accessibility Improvement Act’ were integrated into this new law, which resulted in widening the range of items and people concerned with smooth mobility.
