Social inclusion
さまざまな理由で社会から排除（中へ入れないこと）されている人をもう一度社会の中に受け入れ、社会の中でお互いに支え合いながら生きていこうという考え。社会的包摂とも言う。包摂は、包み込む、仲間に入れるということ。
The idea of re-accepting people who were excluded from society (not accepted) for various reasons, and living together while supporting each other in society. It is also called social inclusion. Inclusion means to take in and let people in the group.
