脱健着患
Undressing a person's clothing from the unaffected side of the body and dressing clothing from the affected side of the body
介助における衣類の着脱（着たり脱いだりすること）の原則である。健康な側から脱ぎ、麻痺や痛みのある側から着るということ。介助においても、着脱がしやすく介助される側への負担が少ない。
A general rule when assisting someone in need of help with dressing or undressing. They should be undressed from the healthy, or unaffected side of their body, and dressed from the affected side (for example, the side with paralysis or pain). When caring for someone, this places less stress on the person being cared for because it makes it easier for them to be dressed and undressed.
