日本の公的な資格の一つで、高齢者や障害者にとって住みやすい居住環境を整備するための調整を行う人。医療、福祉、建築について広い知識を身につけて、建築士やケアマネジャーなど、各専門職と連携をとりながら、クライエントに適切な計画を提案したり、福祉用具について助言を行う。
This is one of the official certifications in Japan, and people with this certification coordinate to maintain a comfortable living environment for the elderly or a person with disabilities. They acquire a broad range of knowledge about medical care, welfare, and architecture, and propose a suitable plan to clients or give advice about welfare equipment while collaborating with each expert such as architects and/or care managers, etc.
