消費者が日常的に家庭で使用する品物に対して、商品の質について事業者が表示すべきことや表示方法が定められている法律のこと。消費者が商品を買う際に、必要な情報提供を受けることができる。

This refers to a law that sets what businesses manufacturers/producers of products should label and how to label the quality of the products that consumers use at home on a daily basis.  This enables consumers to receive the necessary information on the products they need when buying products.
