Act on Assurance of Medical Care for Elderly People
高齢者の健康維持や医療の確保を目的に定められた法律。正式な法律名は「高齢者の医療の確保に関する法律」である。2006年に「老人保健法」から名前が変わった。
This is a law established for the purpose of maintaining the health of the elderly and ensuring medical care for them. The official name of the law is "Act on Ensuring Medical Care for the Elderly". The name changed from the "Health Law for the Elderly" in 2006.
