高齢者の医療の確保に関する法律によって、高齢者の病気、けが、死亡に必要な医療給付を行う制度。75歳以上の人が加入する。
This refers to a system that provides medical benefits necessary for illness, injury, and death of the elderly by the Act on Assurance of Medical Care for Elderly People. People who are 75 years or older are able to join.
