Certified Care Workers Act
正式には社会福祉士及び介護福祉士法という。国家資格である社会福祉士と介護福祉士の業務が正確に行われることや福祉の発展に貢献することを目的に1987年に定められた。
Officially, this law is called the Certified Social and Care Worker Act. It was established in 1987 for the purpose of having social workers and care workers as nationally qualified professionals operate their duties properly, and to contribute to the development of welfare.
