障害者虐待防止法
Act on Prevention of Maltreatment of Persons with Disabilities
障害者が自宅や施設、職場で、養護者、障害者福祉施設従事者、使用者から虐待されることがないように、2011年に定められた。虐待の種類には、心理的虐待、性的虐待、身体的虐待、ネグレクト（neglect）、経済的虐待、がある。
This law was established in 2011 to prevent persons with disabilities from being abused by caregivers, welfare facility workers and employers at their workplaces, at their homes, institutions and/or at work. Types of abuse include psychological abuse, sexual abuse, physical abuse, neglect, and financial abuse.
