生活保護制度

憲法第25条の生存権を基本として、住居や生活、医療や介護など、「健康で文化的な最低限度（一番低い基礎的なレベル）の生活」を保障するための制度。
Based on the Right to Life under Article 25 of the Constitution of Japan, this refers to a system to guarantee “the minimum standards of healthy and cultured living (lowest basic level)" such as housing, living, medical care and long term care, and so on.
