Shy-Drager syndrome
特定疾患のひとつで自律神経系の異常を主体とする原因不明の疾患。症状は起立性低血圧(orthostatic hypotension)による立ちくらみや失神、排尿困難、尿失禁、便秘、発汗異常などがある。
One of the specific diseases that is caused by abnormalities in the autonomic nervous system and has no clear causes. Symptoms include dizziness or fainting after standing up due to orthostatic hypotension, difficulties in urinating, urinary incontinence, constipation, abnormal sweating, and so on.
