悪徳商法
Fraudulent business, Scam
悪い方法で高齢者などの財産（お金や物など）を自分のものにすること。例えば、自宅に訪問して正しくない契約をさせたり、高い商品を買わせる。高齢者は自宅にいることが多いため、訪問や電話による被害を受けやすい。特に一人暮らしや認知症の高齢者は注意が必要。「悪質商法」とも言う。
This is when someone takes property (money, things, etc.) from the elderly, etc. in illegal/immoral ways. For example, a person visits your home to make you sign an incorrect fraudulent contract and/or to try to make you buy an expensive item. Elderly people are often home and are easy to become victims of visits and phone calls (of fraudulent business). Particular attention needs to be paid to elderly people living alone or with dementia. Also called "The malicious business method”.
