身体障害者福祉法に基づいて、身体障害者の福祉に関する事務を担当する職員のこと。身体障害者更生相談所におかれる。
This refers to welfare officers who are in charge of welfare for people with physical disabilities, based on the Act on Welfare of Physically Disabled Persons. They are placed at the Recovery Consultation Offices for Persons with Physical Disabilities.
