Basic program for persons with disabilities
国が定める障害者に対する基本的な計画。目的は、共生社会の実現、障害者の社会参加の実現、自己実現、などがある。障害者基本法に基づいて策定される。
A basic plan for people with disabilities made by the government. The aims of this plan are: realization of an inclusive society, realization of social participation of people with disabilities, and their self-actualization. It was designed based on the Basic Act for Persons with Disabilities.
