International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF)
2001年、国際障害分類に代わるものとして世界保健機関により発表され、健康状態、心身機能・身体構造、活動、参加、背景因子に分けられた。障害を個人の問題と考えるだけでなく、環境により変化ができるものとしてとらえている。
This was published by the World Health Organization in 2001 to replace the ICIDH. It looks at disability from the perspective of health status, body function and body structure, activity, participation, and environmental factors. It sees disability as not just an individual problem, but one that can be affected by one's environment.
