介護福祉士の資格を持っていない人が、介護のより専門的な知識や技術を得ることができる資格。2013年に、「介護職員初任者研修」に代わった。
A certification which people without a certified care worker certificate can get to acquire more specialized knowledge or skill for long-term care. It was changed to the “Long-Term Care Worker Induction Course" in 2013.
