Facility for blind or deaf children
耳が聞こえない子供や目の見えない子供が入所し、自立するために必要な支援を受ける施設のこと。現在の児童福祉法では、「障害児入所施設（福祉型）」という名前になった。
This is a facility that deaf or blind children are admitted to and provides necessary support for them to be independent. It is named “Facility for children with disabilities (welfare type)” in the current Child Welfare Law.
