精神保健及び精神障害者福祉に関する法律のこと。精神障害者の医療面や社会復帰の促進などの福祉的な支援を行うための法律。
This is an act related to mental health and welfare for people with mental disorders. The act provides welfare related support such as providing medical treatment and/or social rehabilitation for people with mental disorders.
