Act on Welfare of Physically Disabled Persons
身体障害者の自立と社会参加を支援するための法律。法では、身体障害者を「身体上の障害がある18歳以上の者であって都道府県知事から身体障害者手帳の交付を受けたもの」としている。
An act for promoting independence and social participation of people with physical disabilities. In this law, a person with physical disabilities is defined as “a person who has physical disabilities and is aged 18 and over, and has received a physical disability certificate from the governor of the prefecture”.
