障害者基本法
Basic Act for Persons with Disabilities
身体障害、知的障害、精神障害（発達障害を含む）、難病等の人たちのため、福祉を推進するための基盤となる法律。「障害者の憲法」とも呼ばれている。
A law being the foundation of promoting welfare for people with physical disabilities, intellectual disabilities, mental disorders (including developmental disabilities), and people with intractable diseases, etc. It is also called the “Constitution of Persons with Disabilities”.
