Act on Support for Persons with Developmental Disabilities
発達障害（脳の働きに障害があって、ほかの人とのコミュニケーションがうまくとれない、おちつきがないなど）がある人たちに適切な支援を行うための法律。
An act to provide appropriate support for people with developmental disabilities (caused by having disability of brain function, having difficulty in communicating with other people and/or being restless, etc.)
