生活保護法を根拠とする施設で、様々な障害や生活困難を抱えている人が入所している。年齢、障害の種類による対象者の制限はなく、多くの場合、多様で複数の課題を持つ人々が生活している。
This refers to a facility based on the Public Assistance Act, where people, with various disabilities and/or who have difficulties in life, are admitted. It doesn’t have restrictions on people to be admitted depending on age and type of disability, and many people with diverse and multiple problems live there.
