Category III insured persons
第2号被保険者に扶養されている配偶者（20歳以上60歳未満）が該当する。保険料は払わなくていいが、収入制限がある。
This applies to dependent spouses (from the ages of 20 and over to under 60) of Category II insured persons. They don’t have to pay insurance premiums, but there are restrictions on income.
