国際障害分類
International Classification of Impairments, Disabilities and Handicaps (ICIDH)
1980年に世界保健機関が発表した障害の考え方のこと。①機能障害、②能力障害、③社会的不利に分類して定義され、3つのレベルから障害をとらえている。2001年にはICIDHに代わるものとして、国際生活機能分類（ICF）が発表された。
This was published in 1980 by the World Health Organization. It categorized disabilities into 3 levels: ① impairment (abnormal function of body or organ) ② disability (restriction of activities because of an impairment), and ③ handicap (social). In 2001, updates and changes to this were published as the 'International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health' (ICF).
