介護保険の地域密着型サービスの一つ。10人以下の、認知症の要介護者が共同生活し、家庭的な環境の中で日常生活介護や機能訓練を行う。認知症対応型共同生活介護とも呼ばれる。
One of the community-based services under the long-term care insurance. They provide daily life nursing care and/or functional trainings in a home-like environment for 10 or fewer people with dementia requiring long-term care. They are also called Communal Daily Long-Term Care for a Dementia Patient.
