住んでいる地域や家での療養生活を支援する。医師、看護師が24時間体制で連絡を受け、往診や訪問看護を提供する。
This refers to a type of clinic which supports life with medical treatment of the elderly or people requiring care in the area they live in and/or at their homes. Doctors and nurses receive calls on a 24 hour basis and provide medical home visits and/or home-visit nursing care.
