老人福祉法に基づく老人福祉施設。地域の高齢者や家族の相談にのって、高齢者の健康増進を図る。お金がかからない、または安いお金で利用することができる。
A welfare facility for the elderly that is based on the Act on Social Welfare for the Elderly. It works towards promoting the health of elderly people in consultation with an area’s elderly people and their families. It can be used for free, or for a low fee.
