社会福祉事業を行うことを目的にしている法人。ここでいう「社会福祉事業」とは、社会福祉法第2条に定められている第一種社会福祉事業と第二種社会福祉事業のことをいう。
A corporation whose purpose is to carry out social welfare services. “Social Welfare Services” as we call it here refers to Type 1 Social Welfare Services and Type 2 Social Welfare Services established in Article 2 of the Social Welfare Act.
