病院での治療を受けて、病状が安定した状態にある高齢者が対象である。医療的な管理のなかで、在宅での生活を送るための機能訓練を行う施設のこと。機能訓練の専門職である理学療法士、作業療法士または言語聴覚士がいる。
This facility is for elderly people who are being treated in hospital and have stable medical conditions. Under medical supervision, it carries out functional training for being able to live at home. It has physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, who are specialized staff for functional training.
