摂食中枢
Feeding center
脳(brain)の中心付近にあり、空腹感(お腹がすいたと感じること)を起こさせる場所。食欲(appetite)中枢(center)の一つで、満腹中枢(satiety center)とバランスを取って食欲を調節している。
The place near the center of the brain that causes hunger sensations (the feeling that you are hungry). It is one of the appetite centers and in balance with the satiety center (satiety=the feeling that you are full), they regulate your appetite.
